INTRODUCTION OF TESTING CENTER
The testing center of BTE is a wheel testing center operated in accordance with the 17025 laboratory management system. The center has testing instruments such as wheel radial fatigue testing machine, wheel bending fatigue testing machine, metal material analyzer, material performance testing machine, three-coordinate measuring machine, etc., and has the ability to detect and experiment the performance, size, appearance and other technical indicators of wheel components .
The testing center adheres to the principles of fairness, impartiality, truthfulness, and reliability for internal and external inspection tasks of wheel products.
INTRODUCTION OF R&D (research and development) CENTER
Bettel WHEEL R & D Center is the wheel R & D center set up by BTE Holding Group. It is responsible for wheel product innovation and research, wheel manufacturing process development, wheel product analysis, testing, promotion and other work.The center has more than 30 researchers, with CAD, CAE, CAM and other auxiliary design software, as well as CNC, CMM CNC testing, processing equipment.Under the guidance of APQP tool, the center completes the whole process of product development, including independent design, independent development and self-verification of wheel products.
